Workgroup Computer Configurations

Workgroup Computers are designed for use with workgroups.  One Workgroup Computer supports up to five workstations where each workstation consists of a monitor, keyboard, and mouse and is connected directly to the Workgroup Computer.  The only restriction placed on workstations is that they must be within 30 meters (100 feet) of the Workgroup Computer. 

Workgroup Computers can be networked together in the same way as Personal Computers are.  For larger organizations, this allows you to replace many Personal Computers with only a few Workgroup Computers without having to change the existing computer network structure.
